Isiah Kiner-Falefa

Isiah Kiner-Falefa competed at Cooperstown Dreams Park with the Hawaii Sluggers (HI) in 2007 during Week 5. Throughout the tournament, Isiah helped his team to the top seed and then ultimately winning the championship title over the 7th-seeded Mac-N-Seitz Indians (KS), 11-5.

 

Isiah graduated from Mid-Pacific Institute (Honolulu, HI). He was chosen by the Texas Rangers in the 2013 Major League Baseball Amateur. Isiah made the decision to turn professional and forgo playing in college.

 

Isiah played within the Rangers organization from 2013 to March of 2022. He made his major league debut on April 10, 2018. At the completion of the 2020 season, he received the American League Gold Glove Award for 3rd baseman. In March of 2022, Isiah was traded to the Minnesota Twins. The very next day, the infielder was traded to the New York Yankees and is currently on their active roster.
