for the effective operation of
the department and operation
of Cooperstown Dreams Park.


ATTENDANT

Attendants are strategically placed throughout Cooperstown Dreams Park to greet, and check in and out all coaches/counselors, campers and guests.

BASEBALL OPERATIONS

Responsible for the daily and weekly tournament operations which includes game schedules, statistics, equipment and baseball information services.

CLOTHING AND SOUVENIR

Employees are responsible for staffing the Clothing and Souvenir Shop. Duties include operating a cash register, restocking merchandise and assisting customers.

CONCESSION

Employees are responsible for staffing all concession stands. Duties include operating a cash register, minimal food preparation, restocking products, and assisting customers.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

Fields, grounds and village employees are responsible for the maintenance of all Cooperstown Dreams Park buildings, equipment and grounds.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Personnel are responsible for administering the employment program at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, staffing the Human Resource Center and payroll processing.


KITCHEN

Kitchen employees are responsible for the preparation and service of daily meals. Positions include cooks, food preparers, servers and dishwashers.

OFFICE

Employees are responsible for general office duties which include answering phone calls, fielding/directing questions, and providing clerical support where needed.


RETURN TO DEPARTMENT LIST

SECURITY

Security personnel are responsible for the overall safety and welfare of all Cooperstown Dreams Park guests and employees. Individuals must possess certification as a New York State Security Guard.

STOREHOUSE

Food and general storehouse personnel are responsible for the receiving, storage and issuing of all retail, tournament and food products that are received from outside vendors.

TECHNOLOGY

Employees assist in the troubleshooting and maintenance of The Park's computer network and digital production of games and events.

TRANSPORTATION

Employees in this department are responsible for the safe transport of all Cooperstown Dreams Park's guests in need of assistance. Personnel must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
