1. How do I register my team?
Playing in the prestigious American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame Invitational Tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park is a once in a lifetime opportunity for your baseball community. To register your team for the summer season at Cooperstown Dreams Park, visit the “Register” page of our website, complete the form, and send it in. Plan a visit. Contact Baseball Operations with any questions.
2. What are the age requirements to play?
Players cannot turn 13 before May 1st of the year they are participating.
3. What should I prepare before visiting Cooperstown Dreams Park?
All Registered Teams, families, and friends are welcome at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Those planning to visit should download the Cooperstown Dreams Park app and register. The app will allow you access to the facility as well as provide helpful information for your visit. Admission is free of any cost for guests. CDP is a drive-in and drive-out facility only.
4. What is the parking policy at Dreams Park?
Cooperstown Dreams Park does not charge for parking. There are several lots located throughout Dreams Park to provide easy access to baseball fields, the Retail Center and other amenities. All vehicles must register at the Front Gate. RVs/Campers will not be allowed into the park.
5. What are the playing fields like at Dreams Park?
The 22 fields at Cooperstown Dreams Park are world class. Games are played, without time limits, on professionally manicured real grass fields. We have chairs with backs in the spectator sections of all our fields except for Little Majors Stadium where there are bleachers. Spectators can bring their own chairs if needed/wanted.
6. Are there any ATMs within the Dreams Park?
Cooperstown Dreams Park has 2 ATMS on site. One is located inside the Baseball Village, outside of the Village Office. The second can be found in the Family Pavilion.
7. What is the Bag Policy?
Cooperstown Dreams Park allows all registered players, coaches, umpires and guests to bring bags into the facility. All bags are subject to searches.
8. What is the food and drink policy?
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all times. Outside food and beverages of any kind (except bottled water) are not permitted per NYS Department of Health. Please review the Rules of Dreams Park on the Cooperstown Dreams Park website for more detailed information.
9. Are Cameras allowed inside Dreams Park?
All Games are live streamed and recorded, Dreams Park allows cameras for personal use. Guests can record games from their devices inside of the spectator sections. No recording devices can be placed or mounted on any other part of the field. Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones) are not permitted at Dreams Park.
10. What are the items required for team check-in?
Coaches and Parent/Player please review your checklist to ensure all items are submitted prior to arrival. The Team Contact will be responsible for submitting the Official Birth Certificates at registration. Forms and information are available on your dashboard.
