Tyrone Taylor and the California Redhawks (CA) played at Cooperstown Dreams Park during Tournament 11 in 2006.
Tyrone graduated from Torrance High School (Torrance, CA). The outfielder committed to continuing his education and baseball career at California State University, Fullerton (Fullerton, CA), however, he was selected by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2012 Major League Baseball draft, opting to begin his professional career. Tyrone made his Major League debut on September 7, 2019.
Following the 2023 season, Tyrone was traded to the New York Mets. He helped the Mets reach the 2024 National League Championship Series where they fell to the Los Angeles Dodgers in six games.
