Brooks DuBois played at Cooperstown Dreams Park with the Seattle Select Black (WA) during Week 11 in 2011. He returned as an assistant coach with the same organization in 2016 during Week 11.

Brooks continued his baseball career at Shoreline Christian High School (Shoreline, WA) where he twice earned All-Northwest first-team honors. He was also a member of the soccer and basketball teams.
