Zach Rose participated at Cooperstown Dreams Park with the Massapequa Blue Wave (NY) organization during week 4 in 2003 and N.A.T.C. in 2004. Among Zach's best Cooperstown Dreams Park memories is when he hit three home runs in one game on August 30, 2004.

A 2010 graduate, Zach attended Massapequa High School (Massapequa, NY) where he competed on the varsity baseball and golf teams and was also a member of the National Honor Society. The Massapequa High School baseball team advanced to the NY State AA finals four consecutive years prior to the 2010 season.
