Cooperstown dreams park est. 1996

Shaun Thomas


In 1999, Shaun Thomas was a member of the Joliet Cougars (IL). The team competed at Cooperstown Dreams Park during week 4 of that same year. Shaun and the Cougars advanced to the Elite 8 during the single-elimination tournament.

Shaun attended and graduated from Providence Catholic High School (New Lenox, IL), where he played football and baseball. In the 2004, Shaun helped his football team in the Illinois state championship.

After his high school graduation, Shaun attended Joliet Junior College (Joliet, IL). He was a member of the baseball team and in 2008 Joliet clinched the NJCAA Division III National Championship. Shaun earned 2008 All Region honors.

After receiving two years at the junior college level, Shaun transferred to play at Robert Morris University (Chicago, IL). In 2010, Shaun and the team won the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Tournament title. Shaun is a 2010 graduate of Robert Morris University. He was also a Cooperstown Dreams Park "Steward of the Game" in 2010, working with the Facilities Maintenance staff.
